What’s new in the library

Fairest

Fairest by Gail Carson Levine is about a girl with a beautiful voice but a not so beautiful face. This book is about her trials and tribulations in medieval times. From the author of Ella Enchanted comes the story of another blundering fairy god mother and a magic mirror named Skulni who twists everything to his will. A royal marriage, a kingdom in disarray, an evil magic mirror, and a hair color called htun–this story truly is magical.

Ooops!  The library was closed when you got out of practice, and you really REALLY need the information about that book you used in your research paper due tomorrow.  Not to worry, you can still finish your Works Cited page at home.  The library catalog is now online at: http://teachers.redclay.k12.de.us/mary.tise/

Use the catalog to search for books, videos and DVDs in the library collection, and make a list of things to look for using the “bookbag” feature.  Log in and find out what books you have checked out or place a hold on the latest manga title or book by your favorite author.  Click “Help” to find detailed instructions for placing holds and using “bookbag”.

You need to know your user ID and password in order to log in.  Your user ID is your student ID number, and your password is your last name.  Try it!  If you have trouble viewing your account, see Mrs. Tise in the library.
